He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Marie McDermott Oleyourryk; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his father Jack Oleyourryk; his wife Carolyn Miller Oleyourryk; his sons, Patrick Oleyourryk (Shannon) and Matthew Oleyourryk; his close friend Sierra (Sis); and his sisters, Susan Ira (David) and Jacqueline Miller (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
