In loving memory of Tammy Lee Shufelt-Kipp of Watervliet, New York, who departed this world on July 30, 2025 at the age of 59. Tammy leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Shufelt and Mary Shufelt (Thornton); and her siblings, Michael Shufelt and Deborah Russell. She is survived by: her pet Kidd; her children, Josh Kipp (Rachael Fitzpatrick), Jennifer Kipp (Randy Berhaupt), Crystal Russ and Kelly Perez; her grandchildren, Emme Kipp, Calvin and Skylar Berhaupt; and her brothers, Rocky Moore and Walter Russell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
