We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 82, Jeannette F. Kissinger of Watkins Glen, New York, born in White Plains, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howell Graf and MaeBelle Graf (Carpenter); and her husband Leland. She is survived by: her children, Karl Kissinger of Cobleskill, NY, Kristina, Grady Cummings of Watkins Glen, NY, Kolleen and Brent Kemmer of Ridgway, PA; her grandchildren, Michael, Abby, Cheyenne, Karl, Ethan, Emma, Hannah, Elisabeth, Anthony and Skye; her siblings, Paul, Betty Graf of Sanbornton, NH, Ilah, Tom Burgess of Horseheads, Robert and Carol Graf of Boynton Beach, FL; and her children, Yes and Jesus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
