She was predeceased by : her husband Dominick "Art" Fazzary; her parents, Harold Mickel and Donna Mickel (Lilley); her stepdaughter Diane Gamble; and her sister Carol Schimizzi (Dominick).

She is survived by : her children, Tina Fazzary Ector, Donna Patykula (John), Dominick Jr. Fazzary (Teresa), Michael Fazzary (Jeannette) and Jeffrey Fazzary (Heidi); her grandchildren, Caleb (Mary), Elizabeth (Andrew), Nathaniel, Krista, Dylan (Kayla), Connor, Leeah, Bloom, Gem, Sequoia, Ixchel, Quil, Gabrielle (Calvin) and Dominick; and her sister-in-law Reda Fazzary. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home (122 N Genesee St, Montour Falls, NY 14865). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
