With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald F. Porter (Waverly, New York), who passed away on August 15, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Porter and Sarah Porter (Wells); his brother Gerald Porter (Jerry); and his daughter Donna Porter. He is survived by: his wife Adele Modad Goodrich Porter; his daughters, Goodrich Sheldon (Willis) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Diana Porter Bodden (Jason) of Carlsbad, CA; his grandchildren, Mark Sheldon, Leah Wilburn, Hannah Bodden and Mason Bodden; and his brothers, Arthur Porter (Alice) of Barton, NY, John Porter (Agnes) of Greenwich, CT, Ralph Porter (Nancy) of Waverly, NY and Harold Porter of South Waverly, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Donald's name to local smoking cessation programs or a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
