He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sr and Anna Bizila Starr; his wife Margaret Zapotocky Starr; and his brother John Starr. He is survived by: his nieces, Barbara Chandler of Horseheads and Vicki LaRue of Horseheads; his sister-in-law Julia Korba of Johnson City; his friends, Dan Seck, Pat Seck of Athens, Terry Shirhall and Michelle Shirhall of Binghamton; and also, Betty Blair and David Blair of Waverly.
