He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Mitchell and Beatrice Mitchell (Finch); his daughter Jessica Mitchell (Wesley Richardson); his stepdaughter Tammy Crooks (Randy); his grandchildren, Jayden Richardson, Tylor Richardson, Skylar Richardson and Lia Richardson; his siblings, Larry Mitchell, Ronnie Mitchell (Mary), Linda DiSalvo, Sandy Emery and Marcia Galton (Jimmy); and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Bayouth and Mary Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
