He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ann Tuttle. He is survived by: his son Christopher J. Tuttle; his parents, Valerie Dominick and Christopher Tuttle (Heather); his sister Jessica Tuttle; and his grandparents, Virginia, Joseph Dominick and Paul Tuttle. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins & dear friends.
