She was predeceased by: her husband John Ungar; and her siblings, Edmund Heiligman and Nancy Barker. She is survived by: her husband John Koza; her children, Jeff Ungar (Mara), Julie Hoffend (Tom), Mark Ungar (Katherine) and Karen Ungar of Webster; her stepson Jeffrey Koza; and her grandchildren, Christian, Caitlyn Ungar, Matthew, Kolina, Lukas, Kendell Ungar, Owen, Elliott and Ava Hoffend. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
