She was predeceased by : her former life partner William H. Martin; her husband Robert Kennedy; her son Kenneth Martin; and her brothers, Robert and Raymond Weston.

She is survived by : her children, Ruth Abate, William Martin (Peggy), Susan Long (Arthur), Kathleen Martin, Daniel Martin (Cindy) and Richard Martin; her daughter-in-law Barbara Martin; and her sister Barbara Schopfer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to Cicero United Methodist Church, Cicero, NY or Asbury First United Methodist Church, Rochester, NY.
