He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh Priddy Boswell Jr. and Nelda Adams Boswell; his wife Elaine; his daughters, Della Smith, Nelda Dowdy, Virginia Trosclair and Ruth Causey; his siblings, Joe Boswell, Jane Davis and Bettie Young; and his former wife Debra. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, a nephew and two nieces.
