She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kennedy and Mabel Shaffer Kennedy; her daughter Shea Payne; and her siblings, Robert C. Kennedy and Marjorie Congdon-Brent.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Alyssa Payne (Jesse Weatherly) of Cuba and Paige Payne of Cuba; her great grandchild Karson Weatherly; her sisters, June Patterson (Jim) of Roanoke and Patricia Sweet (Robert) of Cuba; and her niece Wendy Sweet of Olean.
