He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rubel Hemphill and Phyllis Elaine Thomas Jenkins; his wife Ann A. Mericle Baldwin; his children, JoAnne Brookes of Columbus, IN, David Jenkins (Ada) of Cleveland, OH and Laura Loscalzo of Charlotte, NC; his stepchildren, Jennifer Klofer (Greg) of Lockport, Kristina Colburn (Shawn) of Lockport and James Baldwin (Paige) of Lockport; his grandchildren, Tony, Sonny, Vanessa, Jackson, Olivia, Carson, Tyler, Zachary, Emily, Noah, Lizzie, Reid, Finn and Quinn; his siblings, Rubel Jenkins (Kim), Thelma Morse (Ron) and John Jenkins; his aunts, Linda Wise and Jean Weber; and his brother Rev. Dudley Jenkins (Theresa).
