It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Jenkins of Wellsville, New York, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rubel Hemphill and Phyllis Elaine Thomas Jenkins; his wife Ann A. Mericle Baldwin; his children, JoAnne Brookes of Columbus, IN, David Jenkins (Ada) of Cleveland, OH and Laura Loscalzo of Charlotte, NC; his stepchildren, Jennifer Klofer (Greg) of Lockport, Kristina Colburn (Shawn) of Lockport and James Baldwin (Paige) of Lockport; his grandchildren, Tony, Sonny, Vanessa, Jackson, Olivia, Carson, Tyler, Zachary, Emily, Noah, Lizzie, Reid, Finn and Quinn; his siblings, Rubel Jenkins (Kim), Thelma Morse (Ron) and John Jenkins; his aunt Linda Wise; and his brother Rev. Dudley Jenkins (Theresa).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Calendar J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home (34 W State St, Wellsville, NY 14895). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shongo Country Chapel (440 US-19, Pittsburgh, PA 15229).
