He was predeceased by : his parents, Giuseppe Tinervia and Lucia Candela; his wife Audrey Tinervia; and his brothers, Sal and Joe Tinervia.

He is survived by : his children, Christine Tinervia of West Harrison, NY. and Joseph Tinervia of Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Alex Spanos and Demi Spanos.
