He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Salvati and Vitoria Salvati; his wife Eva Caprari; his daughter Linda Pantore; and his brother Elio Salvati.
He is survived by: his children, Frances Madera (Michael), Pamela Feeney and Dante N. Salvati; his grandchildren, Michael, Eva, Frank, Elizabeth, Tori, Gina and Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Michael Jr., Gianni, Giuliana, Adriana, Eva and Sam.
