She was predeceased by: her brother John J. "Jack" Bohuslaw; and her parents, John Bohuslaw Sr. and Agnes Gill Bohuslaw. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joanne Reilly; and her cousins, Deacon James Bohuslaw and Joan Bohuslaw.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's R. C. Church (9 N Clinton Ave, Bay Shore, NY 11706).
