He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Alex (Amy) and Jenny (Vinnie); his grandchildren, Jack, Ben, Shane, Alexa, Grace, Corey and Eleanor; his brother Michael; his grandchildren, Michael (Katy), Kari and Kristin; and his nieces and nephews, John, Barbara, Karen, Jeff and Lori Ann.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795).
