It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Francis Verity of West Islip, New York, born in Seaford, New York, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harris Verity and Olga Sophie Olsen Verity; his siblings, Earl Harris Verity, Arnold Joseph Verity and Joan Winifred Verity; and his granddaughter Carla Lucille Faust.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia, John Schindler, Teresa, Christopher Foley and Lynn; his brother John Verity; his grandchildren, Mary, Joseph Blomquist, John, Teri Schindler, Samuel Schindler, Patrick Foley, Shannon Foley and Christina Faust; and his great grandchild Jocelyn Lynn Blomquist. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family; and many dear friends.
Memorial contributions in Harry's honor may be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Disabled American Veterans through the donation program 'In Memory Of'.
