He is survived by: his wife Mary Susan; his children, John (Carolyn), Timothy (Carmela), Brian (Stafi) and Mary Elizabeth Bolz (Henry); his grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, Moira, Sarah, Julia, Safi, Brian Jr., Adam James, Andrea and Henry; and his siblings, Paul, Michael, Andrew and Anne (Ryan).
