Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
