She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Patrick McCormack. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Janice McCormack (Mitchell Oldshein) and Kerri Ann McCormack (James Percia); her grandsons, Maxwell, Evan and Gabriel; her sister Carol Ann Butterfield (Ken); and her siblings-in-law, John McCormack (Rosemary) and Thomas McCormack (Marie). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
