He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harris Lowe and Florance Lowe of West Monroe, NY.; his wife Barbara Lescenski Lowe; his son Robert Lowe of Conn; his granddaughter Maggie Lowe of Rochester, NY.; his siblings, Dorothy Hoy, Stewart Lowe, Marion Kilts, James Lowe (Sue), Kenneth Lowe (Robin), Emmy Lou Butera, Kathy Lowe, Charolette Reed and Bertha Sylvia; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly House and Joan Lescenski. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tom's memory may be made to the West Amboy Volunteer Fire Department or the West Amboy Community Church.
