He was predeceased by: his wife Betty C.; his parents, John L. Sullivan and Esther Keiflein Sullivan; and his brother John L. Sullivan. He is survived by: his sons, John E. Sullivan (Denise) and James E. Sullivan; his grandsons, John E. Sullivan Jr. (Krystina), James E. Sullivan Jr. and Andrew J. Sullivan; his great grandchild Brooke T. Sullivan; and his sister Esther Lapp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
