Steger (Jeanette) and Joanne Kotowski (David); his parent Velma Steger; and his siblings, Kenneth Steger (late Jacqueline), Robert Steger (Jacqueline), Melvin Steger (Shirley) and Bernice Steger. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
