He is survived by : his wife Deborah Bailey; his children, Anna Stone (Laura), Gretchen Bailey, Jennifer Jackson (Scott) and Howard Bailey (Tonya); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Cheyanne, Dale Marie, Dustin, Dylan, Ryan and Alexis.
