Florence Proctor Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Proctor of Westfield, New York, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence Proctor to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Frances Merchant (Smith) and Burdette Merchant (Irwin); her husband John Proctor; her siblings, Charles, Norman Merchant and Virginia; and her children, David, Matthew, Richard Proctor and Brenda McClelland (Proctor).
She is survived by : her sons, John J. Proctor (Sharon) of North East, Robert M. Proctor (Kathleen) of Erie and Donald A. Proctor (Jackie) of Wake Forest, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
