He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Declan Joseph and Margaret O'Brien; his wife Linda Foley (Gianzero) of White Plains; his children, Debra Spennicchia (Christopher) of Brookfield, CT, Tara Eifler (Kristopher) of White Plains and Declan of White Plains; his grandchildren, Liam, Keira Spennicchia, Brigid, Fiona and Maeve Eifler; and his siblings, Patrick Foley (Kathy) of Columbus, OH., Declan, Edward and Eileen Foley.
