It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joaquina Ocasal (Whitestone, New York), who passed away on September 28, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Christopher Ocasal (Anastasia Parker Ocasal), Elizabeth Pickel (Alan Scott Pickel) and Mercedes Ocasal (Brian K. Turner); and her grandchildren, Alexander L. Pickel, Joshua E. Pickel, Elena M. Turner, Diana K. Turner, Casey E. Ocasal, William P. Ocasal and Jake P. Ocasal. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
