He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathan Knapp and Shirley Knapp; and his daughter Samantha Pearl. He is survived by : his children, Kacey and Karl Thomas Knapp; the mother of his children Ann Autio; his siblings, Kenneth Knapp (Lynn), Karen Kneller, Kelly Gardner (David), Kevin, Billie Jo Knapp, Tammy Hayes (Dale), Debbi Posten (Andy) and Drew Torrance; and his close friends, Dale Gage, Ron Ceuter and Lucy. He is also survived by son; several nieces and nephews.
