He is survived by: his spouse Elynn Strzelec; his children, Jessica Soo-Hyun Kim (Alex Cho), Jennifer Tae-Hyun Kim (Marcus Kim) and Joseph Sang-Hyun Kim (Yoon-Won Choi); his grandchildren, Minjee Cho, Minaj Cho, Aiden Kim, Elise Kim and Ethan Kim; and his sibling Young-Chang Kim. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
