It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Harter (Witherbee, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Leo Edward; her son Eddie; her sister-in-law Patsy Dolin; and her siblings, Thomas Dolin and Eileen Burr.

She is survived by : her parent Mary Ann Foy Dolin; her daughter-in-law Lori Harter of Witherbee; her brother Gary Dolin of Newport; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Dolin of Lake Pleasant and Marlene Christie (Dale) of Schuyler; and her grandchildren, Francis Grippe, Anthony Grippe, Zachary, Nicholas, Alexis Harter, Samantha, Kimberly and Rebecca Juliano.

Expressions of sympathy may be made with memorial donations to the Whitesboro Volunteer Fire Department.
