He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moore and Dora Moore; his mother-in-law Mildred Titus; and his stepson Brian Payne. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Moore; his children, Robert Payne and Ronda G. Moore; his grandchildren, Tiffany Motley, Talon R. Watson and Zayne J. Watson; his great grandchild Jaden Motley-Byrd; and his children, Tracy Titus and Daudi Titus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
