It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elinor Pollio of Woodbury, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter Gilbert and Elizabeth Gilbert (DeMirra); her husband Anthony (Andy); her in-laws, Anthony and Millie Pollio; her sister Kay; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Franks, Nancy Pollio and John Knapp.
She is survived by : her daughters, Annmarie (Brian Lonegan), Linda (Neal Moriarty), Barbara (Timothy Mulvey) and Diane (Rich Gleave); her grandchildren, Melissa Peros, Christopher Relf, Laura Cayan, Caitlin Lonegan, Spencer Lewis, Matthew, Carly Mulvey, Michael Lonegan, Morgan McLean, Steven Lonegan, Kelsey Blodget, Peter Mulvey, Bree Taylor, Kevin Relf, Brianna Sucik, Megan Mulvey, Bryan Manis, Christine Gleave, Hasan Arslan, Daniel Gleave, Ashley Mebert, Jeremy Roberts, Kat Savina, Zachary Halstead, Ethan Halstead, Neal Moriarty, Jen, Kevin Loeven and Stacey Moriarty; her great grandchildren, Daniella, Luka Peros, Addy, Colin Relf, Sylvie, Sam Mulvey, Pierce, Isla Relf, Walden, Cecelia Lonegan, Ayla Arslan of Jonah Manis, CJ, Braiden, Liam Moriarty, Sean, Jackson and Mackenna Loeven; her granddaughter Laura Roberts (Elinor); her sister Jeanne (James Fox) of Titusville, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Benedict Pollio of Garden City and Lorraine Knapp of Stewart, FL..
