She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence W. Potter and Hazel L. Potter (Campbell); her former husband Norman H. Blanchard; her son Norman "Junie" Blanchard Jr.; her husband Howard "Red" Moshier; her stepson John D. Moshier; and her siblings, Garfield Potter (Juanita), James Potter (Louise), Hazel Mae Woodard (DeLos) and Iona Krause (Bucky).
She is survived by: her children, Beatrice "Dolly" Harkenrider (James) of Beaver Dams and Thurman Blanchard (Sue) of Horseheads; and her grandchildren, James Harkenrider Jr. (Dorothy), Debbie Herbert (Steve), Patricia Brimmer (Terry), Matthew Blanchard (Mabell), Andrew Blanchard, Christopher Blanchard (Heather), Rachel Moshier, Sara Moshier and Dylan Moshier. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
