It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Watkins of Woodhull, New York, who passed away on March 21, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Taft and Gladys Impson Taft; and her spouse Eldred S. Watkins. She is survived by : her children, Betty Lucas (Walt) of Addison, Stephen Watkins (Vicki) of Bath and Nancy Watkins of Woodhull; her grandchildren, Dan Lucas (Mary), Chrissy Moyer (James), Cliff Hall (Josephine) and Amanda Hackathorn (Scott); her great grandchildren, Makenna, Eli, Ian, Alex, Austyn, Blake, Anthony, Collin and Matthew; her great great grandchild Krislyn; her brothers, Richard Taft (Jeanie) and Fred Taft (Cindy); her sisters-in-law, Marguerite Taft, Joyce Taft and Peggy Taft; her siblings, Judy Cooney (Bill Crans), Edith Sarviss, Floyd, Roger and Paul; and her brother-in-law Robert Sarviss.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dorothy's name are suggested to the Community Baptist Church or the Woodhull Food Pantry.
