He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence E. Taft and Gladys B. Taft (Impson); his brother Paul Taft; and his siblings-in-law, Eldred Watkins, Louis English, Thomas English and Mary Jane Williams.
He is survived by : his wife Marguerite; his daughters, Debbie Hobczuk (John) of Horseheads, Barb Hulbert (Tom) of Troupsburg, Darlene Waters of Henrietta, Bonnie Taft of Woodhull and Donna Taft of Woodhull; his grandchildren, Adam Hobczuk, Thomas Hulbert Jr., Ryan Hulbert, Cortney Zuchowski, Kristen Waters and Brett Waters; his great grandchildren, Sara Hulbert, Ryleigh Hulbert, Averie Zuchowski and Harper Waters; his siblings, Richard Taft (Jean) of Addison, Dorothy Watkins of Woodhull, Julia "Judy" Cooney of Addison, Fred Taft (Cindy) of Charlotte, NC, Edith Sarviss (Robert) of Addison and Roger Taft (Joyce) of Cameron; and also, Kenneth W. English (Mabel) of Woodhull and Patsy Patterson of Woodhull. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
