He is survived by: his wife Elaine Smith O'Dell; his children, Michael Lamphier of Addison and Cheryl Dudley (David) of Addison; his grandchildren, Dannon Lamphier (Cassandra), Christopher Lamphier (Jillian), Mitchell Dudley and Cody Dudley (Kelli); his stepchildren, Francis O'Dell (Dixie), Timothy O'Dell (Sara), Dawn O'Dell (William), Geoffrey O'Dell (Cheryl) and Darlene O'Dell; and his sisters, Joyce Rauhe of Pennsylvania and Sandra Kelly (Gerald) of Palmyra, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
