She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Canfield and Frances Canfield; her husband Gary Calkins of Woodhull, NY.; her stepchildren, Greg, Julie and Nancy; her daughter Denise Oakley; and her siblings, Marion Holley, Robin Cox and Dan O'Leary. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren.
