He was predeceased by : his son Oaklyn Heffner. He is survived by : his parents, Michelle Root (Wade) and Mickey Heffner; his children, Corbin and Blaise Heffner; the mother of his children Katlyn Harris; his siblings, Mickey Heffner Jr., Mandra Mayo (Sean), Amber Carey, Nikole Mays (James), Mieko Johnson (Calen), Gage Heffner, Nikko Reep (Natasha) and Tristin Kitchin; and his uncle Scott Wheaton.
