She was predeceased by : her sister Dorothy Girard of Brewster, MA. She is survived by : her husband Owen L. McDonough; her daughter Judith Roach of Holland, MI; her grandchildren, Alfred Daniel Roach II and Ebony Roach; her parents, Matthias Kubik and Ludmila Kubik (Yokupsik); and also Karen.
