He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter J Provenzano Jr. and Phyllis Provenzano (Gunther). He is survived by : his wife Deb Dyson; his children, Peter J IV (Kayce Huntington) of Westford, Shawn Morris of Worcester and Jaimie (Ryan Fulford) of Oneonta; his sister Diane Beem (Joe); his grandchildren, Mariah, James, Kenna, Kaiden, Shilah, Russell (RJ), Molly, Gray, Tallulah (Lulu) and Toan; and also, Bill Feiler, Roman Pernal, Greg Lange and Laura Hagzan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, & cousins.

As per Peter's wishes, please make donations to either St. Jude's, your local fire department, or your local animal shelter.
