Woods of Wurtsboro, New York, born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas L. Woods Sr. and Suzanne M. Dirand Woods; his siblings, Patricia August and Thomas Woods; and his pets, Roger and Magnum.

He is survived by : his wife Wilma L. Ojeda Woods; his children, James N. Woods of New Hampton and Jacqueline S. Sherlock (Robert) of Wurtsboro; his granddaughter Erin Alessandrini (Nicholas); his great grandchild Robert; and his niece Catherine August Wickes.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Middletown Humane Society.
