She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Jackson and Ann Dietz Jackson; her husband Samuel J. Constantino; her brother Robert Jackson; and her son-in-law John C. Horton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Horton of Wurtsboro, Beth Constantino of Fredericksburg, VA and Joan Pray (Al) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Jennex (Brad), Eric Horton (Nikki), Katey Harvey (Patrick) and Emma Pray; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Sophia, Natalie, Alexandra, Mia, Samuel and Jordyn; and her brother William Jackson of Somers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
