She is survived by: her mother Joan Chapman; her daughters, Andrea Catone of Averill Park and Michelle Guler (Mehmet) of Albany; her grandson Trystan Sherry; her siblings, Stephen DePasquale, MD (Lisa) of Tennessee, Nicole DePasquale of Athens and Seth DePasquale (Steve Bowes) of Kentucky; and her siblings' children, Bella, Shamus and Rocky.
