She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenn Walton and Pearl Walton of Bliss, N. Y; her husband Gerald Welch; her brothers, Everett and Burnell Walton; her son-in-law Lee Fishkin; and her great grandchild Caroline Welch.
She is survived by : her children, Karen Fishkin of Ashburn, Virginia, Patrick Welch (Susan) of Wyoming, N. Y., Kyle Welch (Debra) of Wyoming, N. Y., Raymond Welch (Marla) of Wyoming, N. Y., Brian Welch of Wyoming, N. Y., Gerald Welch (Maryellen) of Wyoming, N. Y. and Charles Welch of Wyoming, N. Y.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
