She is survived by: her sister Josephine Meyer (Art) of Brewster, NY; her grandchildren, Michelle Amato (Rob), Nicole Fountain (Justin), Danielle Edsell (Dave) and Jerry Premuto (Diedre); and her great grandchildren, Elena, Emily, Marco, Robert, Rocco Amato, Brecken, Ellie Fountain, Jerry, Theresa Premuto and Hannah Edsell.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
