In the vast expanse of eternity, Antonio shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Antonio farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Chita; and his brother Jose. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Maria Chita of Yonkers, NY; his nieces, Christina Rau (Dennis) of Ballston Lake, NY, Stephanie Hutchings (Patrick) of San Antonio, TX, Deborah Chita of Red Hook, NY and Elizabeth Dipietrantonio (Brandon) of Austin, TX; his great-niece Isabela Rau; and his great-nephew Mickey Hutchings. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Community Home For Funerals (601 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Home For Funerals Inc. (601 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704). A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (114 Sprain Rd, Yonkers, NY 10710).
