He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Sullivan and Ellen Sullivan; and his siblings, Mary Haughton, James and Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Nora; his children, MaryEllen Pickrell (Mark), Karen Fogarty (John), Kevin (Rebecca) and Eileen Hernandez (Sal); his grandchildren, Kathryn, Jack, Shannon, Caroline, Sara, Brian, Fred, Lucy, Sean, Winston, Benjamin and Olive; and his nephew Neil Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that a donation be made to the Aisling Irish Community Center, Yonkers, NY, Memorial Sloan Kettering, or your local youth sports league in Frank's name.
