She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Farrell and Daisy Farrell. She is survived by: her husband Wally; her sons, Tom Urtz (Beth) and Walter Urtz (Kelly); her sisters-in-law, Alice Anderson and Cathy Urtz; her nephew Anthony Rodriguez; her nieces, Sharon Halfmann and Michele Diaz; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Urtz, Tom Urtz and Ryan Urtz; her great-niece Madalyn Rodriguez; her great-nephews, Ivan Rodriguez and Nico Diaz; and her great grandchild John Thomas Godino.
