He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kosack and Mildred Cohen; his sister Honora Maresco; and his uncles, Arthur and Joseph Cohen.
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Ruiz; his children, Jay A. Kosack (Donna Kosack) of Hopewell Junction and Karen M. Aguiar (Kosack) of Pleasant Valley; and his grandchildren, Kayla M. Kosack, Casey J. Aguiar, Jake A. Kosack, Jacqueline E. Kosack and Alexis M. Aguiar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
